Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester (Hybrid)

Salary: Basic £28k - £30k, OTE £70k + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday

The Client:

Our client is a well-established estate agency, specialising in property sales, purchases, and lettings.

The Role:

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent mortgage and protection advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and provide customer mortgage and protection needs.
• Advise on suitable mortgage products and related protection products.
• Conduct face-to-face appointments as necessary.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in business writing.
• Background in achieving and exceeding targets.
• Hold a CeMAP certification.
• Ability to offer comprehensive advice on a range of mortgage and protection products.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
