Trainee Mortgage Advisor

We are recruiting for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our award-winning lender based in the heart of Manchester City Centre. Due to company growth our client is looking at expanding the Advisor team to high work volumes. They're on the hunt for money, motivated, experienced Sales Executive who are CeMAP Level 1 qualified and are ready to take the next step in their career.
This role offers a fantastic basic salary of £27,415 - £32,480 (D.O.E) with uncapped commission OTE - £55,000. You'll also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, splitting your time between the office and home after completion of your probation. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Following up on warm leads
• Discussing different lending options available to customers
• Completing a fact find to establish customers' needs
• Adhering to FCA regulations
• Managing your diary effectively

The ideal Mortgage Advisor will have:

• Experience working in the Financial Sector as a Mortgage Advisor, Secured Loans Advisor, Equity Release Advisor or Life Insurance, Protection Insurance, Sales Executive, Outbound Sales or similar 
• CeMAP qualification
• Proven experience of working in a target-driven environment
