Hours: Mon - Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays

Key Responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor:
Mortgage Consultation: Conduct comprehensive mortgage consultations with clients to understand their financial situation, goals, and preferences.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest mortgage products and lending criteria, providing expert advice to clients on the most suitable options available.
Application Management: Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately and promptly
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders to foster trust and enhance the overall customer experience.
Compliance: Ensure all advice and documentation comply with industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications & Skills
Hold a CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualification.
Demonstrable experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with a successful track record in mortgage sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and work seamlessly within a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and industry regulations.
