Form of workOur client, a progressive and growing independent Mortgage Broking firm, is looking for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Broker to join the London team.
You will be provided with around 30 potential client appointments each month, all pre-booked into your diary directly by the clients themselves, so that they can discuss their Mortgage needs with an expert. Clients tend to be employed, working in London City based roles and it is expected that the average loan size will be circa £400,000. The majority of your meetings will be face to face at the clients’ London offices, although some may be over Teams. They will be booked to take place over two or three days each month.
You will be working from home, but need to be able to go to Central London on a regular basis for client meetings, hence a London or Home Counties base is preferred.
Post application administration support is provided if desired.
For the right person there may be opportunity for strategic involvement in the business.
Basic salary between £30K and £35K with performance related bonus on top. If successful, first year total earnings expected to be £55K - £60K, and upward of £80K going forward.
To be considered, you must have the full CeMAP qualification and, ideally, R05. You must also be CAS and have had at least 18 months recent experience in a Mortgage and Protection Broking role.
