Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic customer focussed individual to join our Mortgage processing team, as part of our Mortgage Club in our Camberley Office.
As aMortgage Case Administrator, you will be working in a fast paced, client focused environment providing support to our Club members (Mortgage Brokers) and their clients from initial mortgage application stage to the completion of their property purchase or re-mortgage.
Main responsibilities of a Mortgage Case Administrator
- Processing incoming client and Lender documentation as part of the mortgage application process.
- Proactively managing the whole application process by chasing brokers or their administrators, lenders, surveyors or solicitors for any outstanding documentation
- Liaising with Mortgage Lenders, Solicitors, and Mortgage Consultants to support clients from initial mortgage application stage to the completion of their property purchase or re-mortgage
- Progress applications in the quickest and most efficient way.
Skills and Experience required to be a Mortgage Case Administrator
- Being driven and self-motivated.
- Good telephone manner, strong relationship building and customer service skills.
- Ability to use your own initiative and problem solve quickly and efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- IT literate (MS Office, Excel and Outlook).
