Claims Handler - Liverpool

Are you a skilled investigator with a passion for delivering top-notch outcomes for our customers? Look no further – we have the perfect opportunity for you! Join our team as a Motor Insurance Claims Specialist and take charge of managing and processing a diverse portfolio of third-party claims with precision and efficiency.

  • Salary ranging for £23,000 - £30,000
  • Monday to Friday role - Hybrid working

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for policyholders, witnesses, third-party insurers, and solicitors, guiding each case to a satisfactory resolution. Your responsibilities will include providing clear guidance to policyholders, managing expectations throughout the claims process, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

With your keen eye for detail, you'll accurately reserve for Heads of Damage, review estimates and invoices, and coordinate assessments when necessary. You'll also handle property damage claims adeptly, outsourcing tasks as needed to ensure seamless resolution.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be engaging with customers via phone and email, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
