Salary:£20,500.00-£30,000.00 per year with OTE £30,000 per annum
Note: 100% in-office work; no hybrid working offered.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service experiences.
Claims Handling:
- Take first notification of new claims from clients and working partners.
- Regularly update clients and working partners on claim progress.
Qualifications:
- Full-time commitment with a dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Build strong rapport both internally and externally.
- Proactively manage and prioritize your workload effectively.

Schedule:
