Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience of motor insurance claims, working for an insurer or Legal firm with RTA claims experience
- Ideally have been working 12- 18 months in your current role
- Good technical knowledge
- Confident telephone manner
- Previous Customer Service skills/experience
- Strong written oral and interpersonal skills
- An ability to work using own initiative within boundaries
- An ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities
- Good IT/Keyboard skills
- Good numeric skills
Description
Due to recent expansion our client have a number of exciting claims administrator opportunities within their growing claims assessor teams. They have opportunities across a range of roles including own damage, third party damage, third party bodily injury, credit hire and third party intervention with excellent opportunities to progress.
