Salary Motor Insurance Claims Positions
GBP22,050 to GBP50,000 (plus bonus)
KESS Insurance Recruitment are working alongside a major UK insurance company and supporting the expansion of their claims function. My client boasts multiple offices across the UK and have seen a very impressive 30% year on year growth over the past 3 years.
As the market re-opens our client is keen to speak to claims professionals with experience across any area of the claims function. Considering recent growth and equally ambitious forecast/plans over the next few years these position come with incredible development and career progression opportunities as they build/grow.
This is an excellent opportunity if you have experience within Motor Claims and are noticing a slow down in your personal development and are looking for a working environment that will offer short/mid term scope for growth but also a group that boasts a very people centric culture/approach to work. As such we are able to consider candidates on both a remote/hybrid/office basis.
We are looking for candidates of experience in the following areas within Motor Claims:
Credit Hire Personal Injury (Portal-Non Portal, OIC) Large Loss Complaints (Junior or Senior) Litigation (Defendant) Team Leader/Management (not remote) Equally we are also keen to chat should you not fall into any of the above (repairs etc).
Company benefits are in line with the industry standard and our client has 2 more phases planned to roll out soon. Details we are happy to share over a chat, inc holiday which is again aligned with the industry and managed on a case by case basis (experience/seniority).
All roles are Monday to Friday with no weekend work commitments and as detailed there is a relaxed attitude to flexible working conditions which will be advised on an individual basis upon application.
