We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a vibrant person to become part of company set to revoluntionise the property rental sector.
As a Claims Handler you'll be responsible for your own caseload and working to resolve claims as quickly and efficiently as possible. Your main method of resolving disputes will be to ensure that we pay fair claims as quickly as possible and that we stop unfair claims from being paid at all.
The right candidate is personable, logical, articulate, hardworking, and self-motivated. This role will be reporting to the Operations Manager.
The Important Bit!
Salary: £25,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
(Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm) office based for training then hybrid/remote
What you'll be doing:
- Answer customer calls in a polite & professional manner
- Process all calls in a timely manner
- Build excellent relationships ensuring all queries are resolved to the highest standard
- Respond to emails
- Keep systems & processes accurate & up to date
- Follow strict processes and procedures in line with FCA regulations
