Our client, a leading specialist in Property Insurance, is actively seeking an ambitious, driven Claims Handler to join their dedicated team.
As an already experienced Claims professional you should hold an eye for attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and upholding industry standards and key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accurately input data onto client records, ensuring timely completion within service standards
- Adhere to agreed service standards and FCA regulations, consistently maintaining high-quality work
- Proactively monitor claims progress, keeping customers and relevant parties informed
- Meticulously validate and process claims by recording and analyzing information
- Negotiate, settle, or repudiate claims within delegated limits, escalating when necessary
- Efficiently manage client/departmental emails and maintain diary systems through written and oral communication
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive drive, self-determination, and effective problem-solving skills. While experience in the property sector is advantageous, it is not essential. A general understanding of the insurance industry would also be beneficial.
