Job description

We are delighted to be working with a fantastic business that provides a wide range of claims handling solutions across the UK motor claims sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a competent and motivated Third-Party Claims Handlers to join their growing team.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
· Manage Third-Party Motor Claims
· Assess and settle claims, collecting all necessary evidence and documentation to determine liability and assess damages.
· Deliver excellent customer service for and on behalf of all clients
· Ensure data accuracy is maintained on the systems and claims are correctly registered
· Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, continuously improving claims handling processes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
· Good knowledge of Third-Party (recovery) claims processes
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Fantastic time management skills
· Confident telephone manner
