SalaryRapidly growing company based in Bushey are recruiting for multiple Claims Handlers/customer service individuals to manage multiple accommodation/housing claims. The company offers hybrid working after probation period, wellness workshops, annual bonus, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, free gym classes and social events throughout the year.
Job Title: Customer Service/Claims Handler
Location: Bushey
Salary: £23,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (£23,000) Hybrid after probation
As a Claims Handler you will be responsible for:
- Manage multiple claims at once
- Coordinate bookings, organise extensions/cancellations of bookings
- Liaising with Insurance company's and loss adjusters daily
- Updating the accommodation team on any new claims/enquires
- Handle customer escalations

- Previous customer service experience and a confidence when answering high volumes of calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication, patience and empathy
- Competent using Microsoft office packages
