Job Description

Motor Claims Handler (Remote)
Location: Remote
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience + benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday - 35 hours per week

Do you have excellent customer service experience ideally within the Motor Insurance industry?
Do you have excellent attention to detail?
Are you looking for a remote role?
Are you organised with a working knowledge of MS office?
Can you use your initiative and work with limited supervision?
Are you inquisitive and have the natural desire to qualify/question in a professional capacity?

The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to work for a leading insurance company and provide essential administrative and customer service support to their claims team. This is an award winning team, who have extensive amounts of experience within their field of operations, meaning you will be surrounded by colleagues you can learn from and develop with.
The Role
Collating and entering data related to current insurance claims
Diary management
Producing related documents, liaising with customers and third parties over the phone to provide updates
You will also be tasked with managing multiple cases at the same time therefore the ability to prioritise and experience of working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment is essential
Providing high levels of customer service both internally and externally
The Ideal Candidate
Ideal applicants will have previous experience in Motor claims handling or claims administration, excellent customer service skills, the ability to use initiative, common sense and manage their own workload. This would also suit someone who has had exposure to vehicle repair claims, credit hire or injury and you’re looking for that next step in hour career.
