The Role:
John Williams Recruitment have partnered with the UK's largest independent loss adjusting and claims solutions group, with an award-winning reputation for innovation and high-quality technical loss adjusting and claims-related services who are on the lookout for a Motor Claims Handler to join their team in Fareham. 
As the Motor Claims Handler you will be reponsible for day-to-day tasks, including claims handling and management, communication with stakeholders, and insurance claims processing. You will be the first point of contact for many of their clients and customers. 
Key Skills:

• Basic knowledge of motor related claims and principles 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely, both oral and written, including an excellent telephone manner
• Ability to work accurately under pressure, adhering to deadlines and service standards 
• Good organisation and time management skills with experience of diary management 
• High attention to detail and accuracy of information
