The Motor Claims Handler will be responsible for managing the policy holders motor claim journey. In return, the Motor Claims Handler will expect a salary of up to £27,000.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Managing the claims process across different products, including motor, property and liability
* Develop and maintain a full understanding of Acturis
* Produce claims MI/ claims reports when required
* Full Caseload Claims Management
Skills & Requirements:
* Proven experience within Motor Claims is imperative
* Excellent customer service experience and ability to manage complex claims
* Ability to negotiate and settle claims
* Strong organisation skills and high level of attention to detail
