Motor Fraud Lawyer

Your new company
Our client is a Legal 500 firm with offices nationwide. They are seeking ambitious lawyers with previous RTA/Motor Fraud experience to join their leading Motor Fraud team. They offer a generous hybrid working structure, competitive salary and great opportunities for internal progression.
Your new role
This role will see you handle a broad and interesting caseload on behalf of the firm's insurer clients of litigated files where there is suspicion of fraud. Working alongside the team leader, you will work on a non-delegated authority basis. Your caseload will consist of a wide range of suspected Motor Fraud claims including, but not limited to, staged incidents, LVI, bogus passengers and organised crime.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor or CILEx qualified, however, those who are non-qualified with significant Motor Fraud experience may also be considered. Experience of pre-litigated or litigated RTA fraud files is required. Successful applicants will have a strong understanding of insurance litigation practice and processes and should have a good knowledge of the litigation process. Strong advocacy skills are required.
