The post holder will be part of our Rough Sleeper team providing support and advice to those rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping.
This post will specifically look to support former rough sleepers as they move into accommodation.
We are looking for positive and adaptable individuals that want to help and have the determination to find solutions that will help get rough sleepers into accommodation. The ability to work as part of a team and with other partners is essential.
