Salarypmactuarial specialise in Actuarial search within UK Life insurance. We have been asked to find an Actuarial student to join the Longevity pricing team of a London based Reinsurer.
This role will support the team in acquiring new business and monitoring its experience and profitability when in-force. The successful candidate will be involved in supporting the pricing for longevity tenders, undertaking analysis to support research into longevity pricing bases and tools, as well as supporting the management of the in-force portfolio. Working across a number of areas within the wider team will help develop a breadth of knowledge and skills of the overall business as well as the tools and processes used. Over time there will the flexibility to specialise, depending on specific interests.
The ideal candidate will be an Actuarial student from a pensions consultancy who is looking to move into Life insurance. Equally those with previous Longevity experience from an insurer/reinsurer are welcome to apply.
