- Work with diverse levels of customers (Enterprise, SMC or SMB) level customers powering their digital transformation
- Lead clients through the process of implementing Microsoft Purview risk and Compliance solutions, customizing guidance to align with their specific infrastructure requirements.
- Assume the role of a trusted advisor, providing guidance to clients in the management and monitoring of their data assets, safeguarding sensitive information, and mitigating compliance risks.
- Foster a customer-centric approach, consistently viewing all aspects from the customer's perspective, with a focus on delivering comprehensive and secure solutions. Proactively seek and act upon customer feedback to enhance offerings and bolster customer confidence.
- Demonstrate the capability to assist clients in overcoming technical obstacles within a collaborative framework. Strong problem-solving skills are a fundamental requirement for this role.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the Microsoft Purview risk and Compliance solutions:
- Microsoft Purview Information Protection (formerly Microsoft information Protection - MIP)
and/or
- Microsoft Purview Data Lifecycle Management (formerly Microsoft Information Governance) and Records Management
and/or
- Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management
and/or
- Microsoft Purview Compliance Manager
and/or
- Microsoft Purview eDiscovery
- Ability to guide customer in removing technical blockers in a collaborative scenario. Strong problem-solving skills are necessary
- Ability to ramp up quickly on technology new features
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and able to explain why cloud computing is transforming positive change across industries
- Self-driven engaging individual with a proven history of demonstrated technical skills and leadership.
- Above all - proven commitment and ability to learn is key, and more important than previous experience with a long list of technologies.
