Security and Compliance Officer- 12-month Fixed Term Contract
We are looking for a Security and Compliance Officer to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract and make a meaningful impact by ensuring the Security and integrity of our IT infrastructure.

Salary: £36,698- £40,660 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus benefits
Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid working approach)
Hours: 35 hours per week, from 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday

This role is subject to a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of our pre-employment due diligence.
The successful applicant will:
Take the lead in monitoring documentation and conducting compliance tests, overseeing various aspects of IT security, asset, and configuration management. Address technical issues and serve as an escalation point when needed and collaborate with staff, suppliers, and IT teams to swiftly identify and resolve security incidents.Act as an advisor to all staff, providing guidance on IT security matters and delivering targeted security training where necessary.Champion the documentation and review of IT Security policies, actively capturing and documenting requirements, and contributing to the maintenance and validation of IT security practices and procedures.Understand ISO27000 and Cyber Essential Plus with evidence of working within IT security in a compliant organisation.Have an unwavering commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.Benefits when joining our team
