Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi – Channel Marketer with Lotus Events, a large events company based in Harrow, London.

Job Description:

Your role will be to help plan, create, implement and monitor digital marketing activities to promote Lotus Events to our target audiences which include corporate organisations and private individuals.

Our Marketing Apprentice will be passionate about all functions of communications and marketing and will help support the delivery of effective communications and marketing activities. To be involved in marketing campaigns and events, as required. We envisage the ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing with a keen interest in visual content and design. The role will also provide a range of administrative support services.

This is a perfect role for someone looking to kickstart their career in marketing and communications (with a focus on website management) within a well-established and successful events management company.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Update and maintain the Lotus Events website: ensuring the website remains dynamic by updating images and text.
• Liaising with external website supplier to ensure all updates are made in a timely manner.
• Writing engaging content for the website and social media channels.
• Ensuring all information on the website is kept up to date e.g. menus and venue brochures.
• Update Lotus Events Instagram with relevant event content to engage viewers and increase the number of followers.
• Create a quotation format that can be easily and quickly updated by all team members.
• Maintain Lotus Events picture library.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

• Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.
• Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
• Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
• Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
• Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
