We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join our successful Response Maintenance Business. You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance, and the refurbishments of void properties for our reputable Social Housing client, with homes based throughout Manchester and surrounding area. We want to hear from likeminded individuals who truly care about improving people’s homes and lives.

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Carpenter?
Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
Experience working in residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous
Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in a professional environment, with the ability to ensure customers feel safe and comfortable in your company.
Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets.
Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade Carpenter role, with a company van provided.
