Job Description
- Performing regular and preventative maintenance on production machinery.
- Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and resolving operational issues.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.
- Adhering to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Cooperating with other team members to ensure seamless production processes.
- Documenting all performed work and maintaining service logs.
- Participating in training and development programmes to enhance technical skills.
- Supporting the implementation of engineering projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Multi Skilled Engineer should have:
- A degree or relevant qualification in Engineering.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using various tools, equipment and software for maintenance tasks.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
