About you…

The successful candidate will:

• Be someone who wants to make a difference, is flexible, committed to working as part of a team and can work to tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Have experience of independent working and working as part of a team.

What you’ll do…

The role involves working on a mobile basis within the Rhondda Cynon Taff area, as part of the Estates and Communities team.

You will provide an effective, efficient and customer focussed service. This will include assisting with general cleaning, grounds maintenance, general estate cleansing.

What you’ll be responsible for…

• primary responsibility will be communal cleaning, but you'll also need to remain flexible and adept at covering additional tasks, including environmental and grounds maintenance.
• Required to establish good relationships with the public and assist the fore people in delivery of grass cutting, ground clearance, cleaning of communal areas , general labouring duties.
