Role: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: Up to c.£50,000

Location: Avon

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (0600-1800)

Synergi are recruiting for a full time Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a Mechanical bias to join an Avon based FMCG.
If you have a strong mechanical background and have worked within manufacturing / FMCG sectors, then this could well be the role for you.

The successful Maintenance Engineer would be joining a team of experience Maintenance Engineers with a wealth of experience within FMCG / Manufacturing.

Roles & Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer:

• Conducting Reactive and planned Maintenance on high-speed production machinery.


• Continuous improvements.


• Working closely within the engineering & production team to ensure maximum efficiency.


• Knowledge and experience of maintenance within a fast-paced FMCG environment
