My client are a leading Social Housing Contractor, with a great reputation who offer great benefits and security of work for their employees.
The Contractor are working on a long term framework with a Local Authority, providing reactive maintenance services to tenanted properties across the West Lancashire region, alongside some void work and occasional planned refurbishment projects.
They are recruiting for experienced and hard working Multi Skilled Operatives to join them and would consider either temporary to permanent or directly permanent candidates.
Type of work will largely be kitchen and bathroom replacements - your responsibilities will be; patch plastering, tiling, basic plumbing, joinery etc.
It's essential you have experience of working closely with residents and within people's homes.
You must be a minimum of NVQ Level 2 qualified (ideally Level 3) or equivalent in an appropriate trade.
