Multi Skilled Operative

I am recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to join the team of a local maintenance contractor based in Cornwall. You will be carrying out responsive maintenance repairs within occupied domestic properties. Ideally you will be located in Launceston, Liskaerd, Bodmin, Newquay or surrounding areas.
Duties will include:

• Day to day repairs in an around domestic properties
• Pointing, rebuilding and repairing walls
• Roofing repairs, replacing a tile
• General maintenance

You will need:

• NVQ / city and Guilds in bricklaying or be timeserved
• CSCS card
• Experience working within a similar role
• Clean driving licence
• To be able to work between 8.00 and 5pm Mon to Fri
