My client is a small family run provider in the West Midlands. They are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager for a small-medium sized home in the Walsall area.
The service itself specialises in elderly and dementia care. My client is looking for a strong Manager who can help improve standards of care and improve the current CQC rating to Good in all areas.
Job Description:
As a Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our residential Care Home. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, and promoting a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. This role requires a combination of leadership, management, and compassion to drive the well-being of our residents and the success of our care facility.
Chosen candidate requirements:
- Home Manager experience or significant experience in a Senior Care role
- NVQ Level 5 or working towards this
- Strong understanding of CQC
- Elderly and dementia experience
- Good communication and leadership skills
