Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Multi-Skilled Technician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set in various trades and possess an NVQ Level 2 qualification in any trade. The role involves working on a variety of projects in the Fulham and Hammersmith areas, ensuring high standards of maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations across various trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent.
• Respond promptly to service requests and work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to deliver comprehensive building services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and queries in a professional manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in any trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proven experience as a multi-skilled technician or in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Flexibility to work across different locations within Fulham and Hammersmith.
• Valid UK driving license is desirable but not essential.
