Are you an experienced Multi trader ? Do you have experience working in Social Housing along with the drive to further your career in a rewarding new position? If so, we may be able to help you!

Here at Howells Contracts, we are working with a leading Social housing contractor to with sufficient plumbing and carpentry knowledge to join their team in the Dartford area, to work on occupied properties on repairs & maintenance.

Working the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs/maintenance in social housing properties. Your duties will include various repairs in properties mainly plumbing and Carpentry.

You will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business; that believes the people's strengths, skills and personalities are the key to the company's success.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour working week. You will receive a competitive Salary of £34,000 - £36,000 + work-based incentives, holidays and pension contributions. Company van and fuel card supplied.
