Social Housing Contractor looking for 3x Multi Traders to work on the Voids Team in London, carrying out refurbishments.
Properties are based around London however some properties are London wide (inside the M25) and you would be expected to attend.
This role is mobile with a van and fuel card provided by the client. A full UK Driving licence is required with no more than 6 points, due to insurance reasons.
The client will also provide you with a PDA and uniform to carry out your duties
Duties will include:
- Kitchen and Bathrooms
- Flooring
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Painting and Decoration
- Tiling
INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD AT THE HEAD OFFICE IN ROMFORD
HOURS 8am - 5pm
PAID 42.5 hours
UNPAID 30 minutes lunch
