Multiskilled Operative

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team in Leeds on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.
What will you deliver?

• Carry out various multi-trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company including;
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Painting and Decorating
• Maintain and care for all company tools
• To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
• Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc
• Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site-based documentation

Who are we looking for?

• Previous trade experience
• Up-to-date relevant industry related knowledge
• Understanding of local government
• Experience of partnership arrangements
• Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
• Ability to competently operate MS office
  

This role includes a DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
