As a Music Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and nurturing students' passion for music. You will deliver engaging and innovative music lessons to students of various skill levels, fostering their creativity, musical appreciation, and technical proficiency. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons in accordance with the curriculum, as well as contributing to extracurricular activities and school events that showcase students' musical talents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality music lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Inspire students to explore and develop their musical talents, fostering a love for music.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate school-wide musical events and performances.
- Stay updated with educational trends and music curriculum developments to enhance teaching strategies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Relevant degree in Music or a related field.
- Strong passion for music education and a creative approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students in meaningful music experiences.
- Experience in teaching music at the secondary level is advantageous.

Position: Music Teacher
Pay rate - £156.32 - 210.32 per day.
Location – Birmingham, West Midlands
