I am currently working on an opportunity in an excellent school in Stratford who offer high-quality education in a vibrant, innovative learning environment, where students and staff feel valued and supported.
As a Music Teacher in this ‘Outstanding’ School, you will be required to:
- In conjunction with the Lead Teacher Music, help design and deliver a distinctive Music curriculum that meets the aims of the Academy, emphasises attainment and the needs of all students
- Assisting the Lead Teacher Music to develop a coherent academy wide approach to literacy through Music
- To provide specialist subject Music expertise as appropriate
The requirements for this Music Teacher position:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Top 20 UK University
- QTS obtained through PGCE/Teach First/SCITT/Schools Direct/BeD
- Experience Teaching Music up to KS5
- Positive attitude towards pupil’s learning and an encouraging and enthusiastic teaching approach
