Job Description
The successful National Account Executive will:
- Collaborate with clients to identify and meet their needs.
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and relationship-building.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the FMCG industry.
- Competent with IT applications and a data analytical mindset
- Regularly report on sales activity and results.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful National Account Executive should have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be used when interacting within the team, and with customers!
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends.
- A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
