National Accounts Manager - B2B - Innovative, Rapid-Growth Organisation - £40k-£50k basic (c£100k OTE uncapped) + benefits - Norfolk / Remote Working

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, client-focused and results-driven Key Accounts Manager, with proven success in B2BAccount Management, to join a rapidly expanding, national organisation as their National Accounts Manager.

Working remotely the majority of the time (as you will be travelling to meet clients nationally), the National Accounts Manager will be responsible for steering the company’s growth through innovative sales strategies and building and maintaining client relationships across the UK.

You will be driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, whilst enhancing client satisfaction and retention, utilising market insights and a data-driven approach to keep the company at the forefront of their industry.

What’s on offer?

The base salary for the National Accounts Manager is £40k-£50k (c£100k OTE although it is an uncapped bonus scheme).

This role is predominantly remote working, however you will need to be able to work from the company’s state-of-the-art offices in Dereham, 1-2 times/month.

Key responsibilities as the National Accounts Manager include:

  • Strategising and implementing comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Nurturing and expanding relationships with key National Accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring an exceptional service to clients
  • Leveraging market analysis, competitor insights and client feedback to retain clients, increase existing client revenue and win new business
  • Leading cross-functional teams in the development and execution of strategies that enhance product offerings, customer service and market expansion
  • Adapting to market changes and emerging trends to ensure the company remains competitive and responsive to client needs
  • Monitoring client satisfaction results for your region and ensuring action plans are in place to deal with issues
  • Building and maintaining external contacts and connections through attending seminars, conferences and events

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Proven track record in national or key accounts roles within service industries / data security
  • Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and client retention rates
  • Extensive experience in high volume / high transaction
  • Strategic approach to business development, client management and market penetration
  • Impeccable communication skills with the ability to build and maintain successful business relationships at all levels
  • Experienced in CRM, data analytics tools and MS Office, with the ability to analyse data and market-insights
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial thinker
  • IT literate
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Ability to travel nationally
  • Ability to attend the company’s Norfolk offices 1-2 times per month
