A great opportunity has arisen at Hovis for a National Account Manager - Convenience & Wholesale to join our commercial team in Northern Ireland. You will lead the Convenience and Wholesale channel for all NI and selected GB customer accounts with full P&L responsibility.
The role will be office based with the opportunity to work from home.
This role will manage a number of customers and a wider channel team for both branded, OL and 3rd Party Brands who are enjoying strong growth.
This is an extremely important role for the Hovis (Ireland) business and will be a great opportunity for the right person to develop their career in FMCG.
The Role:
To enable Hovis to deliver on its vision of delivering the best quality product every day, enabling growth in a sustainable way and creating superior value for its stakeholders.
- Grow sales profitably in the right way, whilst building Hovis credibility and customer relationships
- Total management for all NI and selected GB customer accounts with P&L management.
- Line Management responsibility.

Ideal Experiences / Qualifications / Capabilities:
Essential:
- Educated to degree level
- Grocery / Convenience management in classic FMCG
- Line Management experience
- Commercial acumen; analytical - Excel / PowerPoint
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Proven successes – result orientated
- Negotiation experience
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
- Eager to develop your career
- Understanding own personal style and ability to flex
- Demonstration of value-adding activity
- Demonstration of taking ownership of the agenda and making it happen
