*National Account Manager - Home Based - Head Office in Nottingham*
Futures are excited to be working with an amazing, multi-billion £ non-food FMCG business with a portfolio full of well-known brands we all use everyday!
This is an exciting National Account Manager opportunity to manage Top Teir accounts across Ecommerce across their market leading portfolio of consumer goods products which equates to a large % of the businesses turnover.
Reporting directly to the Ecom Controller, this role is super strategic and commercially focused, you will be a vital part of building and implementing long and short-term growth plans for the portfolio within the Grocery and Highstreet.
As National Account Manager You Will ...
- Development of the rolling a 3-year account growth plan
- Collaborate with senior commercial team and buyers to identify and grow opportunities within your brands and categories
- Attend monthly strategic meetings with all key stakeholders within the business
- Collaborate with Marketing Teams to optimise categories and search terms to drive traffic to product pages and generate interest, conversions and sales
- Manage Visual Merchandising - Review images/product information - maintaining the appearance, accuracy and standards of all brands and categories
- Monitor competitor activity to understand the marketplace/environment
- Complete regular Forecasting - work with in-house supply chain team to ensure solid forecast plans are in place
Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required as a National Account Manager:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within National Accounts within non-food FMCG
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- A positive and proactive attitude, who is self-motivated and capable of working both independently and across functions
