As the National Operations Support Manager, you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of high-quality support projects, ensuring the best outcomes for our customers.
- Drive efficiencies in our response to customer demand while effectively supporting those with complex needs.
- Innovate and improve processes to maximize productivity and increase customer satisfaction.
- Motivate and develop your team through transparent leadership and continuous learning initiatives.
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead for Places Impact, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all involved.
More About you
We're seeking a candidate with exceptional leadership experience in diverse advice services, who possesses the ability to motivate and manage a dispersed team effectively. Strong analytical skills are essential for evaluating project and team performance, while the ability to align operational delivery with strategic outcomes is crucial. Candidates should also demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Preferred skills and experience include experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, innovative thinking with a passion for driving business performance, and previous experience managing team leaders of multiple customer-facing support services.
In this position, you'll take charge of motivating and guiding team members. Your duties will involve nurturing your team, providing coaching and direction, and, on occasion, overseeing their performance. You will be responsible for the teams' delivery of high quality outcomes for Customers.
