The successful National Sales & Marketing Managermanage the company Sales & Marketing team ensuring all agreed targets and objectives are achieved.
This role involves;
- Preparing quotes in line with the agreed pricing strategy and re-negotiating terms where appropriate.
- Gathering and maintaining up-to-date market intelligence, monitoring competitor activity (services and prices), and reacting as required.
- Plan and implement a sales strategy in line with budgeted growth.
- Develop and maintain a potential pipeline of customers both regional and national.
- Identify business opportunities for suitable organic waste streams; liaise with the sales team to ensure opportunities are progressed.
To be successful in this role of National Sales & Marketing Managerwe would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
- Educated to A-level as a minimum, preferably degree level.
- Full UK Driving Licence and ability and willingness to travel, when required.
- Be experienced in a commercial sales-led environment, within a B2B or other similar customer focused sector.
- Previous management experience.
- It is desirable to have a working knowledge of the waste/recycling sector and the food production industry.
- Be able to engage with stakeholders at all levels of understanding and interest and be able to build strong working relationships.
