This role will help us to do this by providing a professional administration support service for lettings, tenancy management and rents activities. You will be responsible for delivering all key administrative duties for these functions, ensuring customers are receiving an excellent customer experience in line with our customer service standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for
Ensuring that all customers’ needs are considered and provide administration support services that allows services to be tailored accordingly.
Taking ownership for resolving customer and colleague enquiries.
Effectively managing incoming and outgoing post for all Tenancy Services departments.
The efficient processing of web applications on a weekly basis, ensuring no backlog occurs and customers are updated accordingly.
Providing administrative support in the updating of housing applications, termination and creation of tenancies.
Completing pre-termination interviews at the point of receiving notice.
Setting up repayment agreements on the system and working through weekly special agreements report.
Updating and amending of any tenancy details on our Housing Management system
Administration activities relating to rent management.
We need people who are
Experienced in working in social housing and/or the delivery of customer focused services.
Experienced in dealing effectively with diverse range of customers.
Highly organised with excellent communication, decision-making and workload management skills.
Able to identify solutions to problems and implement changes.
Educated to GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths.
Commitment to Customer Care and the delivery of quality services to all customers.
IT literate including Microsoft Office 365
