The Client
We are working with is a National House Builder looking for a competent Neighbourhood Care Manager in Oldham.
Perm role starting with a starting salary of £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependant on experience
The Job
* Delivering top-notch services with allocated resources
* Managing suppliers and subcontractors effectively
* Building strong partnerships for enhanced service delivery
* Compiling and presenting performance data
* Developing the Neighbourhood Care Team and fostering talent
* Supporting the Head of Neighbourhood Care
* Nurturing a performance-driven culture with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Managing budgets and ensuring value for money
* Handling customer feedback professionally
* Ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
* Maximizing team performance through self-development and staff training
* Maintaining accurate records in line with GDPR
* Upholding Health & Safety procedures and regulations
