Location = Central London

New opportunity to work with an existing client of ours into a central government agency. Our client is looking for a talented and hardworking Network Operations Engineer with experience across Cisco, LAN, WAN and Firewalls. This position is a 6-month contract role, with opportunities for extensions. They are looking to bring the right person on early in the new year.

The Network Operations Engineer role will include these responsibilities:

• Management of network infrastructure and devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Monitoring network performance and ensuring system availability and reliability.

The following skills are required:

• Cisco experience
• LAN & WAN knowledge.
• Firewall capabilities.
• DV clearance.
