Network Support Sme

Experience preferences:

Cisco, Juniper, HPE, Aruba, F5, Azure migrations.

Network:

• Installing, configuring, and integrating network components such as routers, switches, firewalls and other network devices.
• Monitoring network performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to optimise network efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, including connectivity problems, security breaches, and hardware/software failures.
• Implementing and maintaining network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), virtual private networks (VPNs), and access controls.
• Work with other teams and stakeholders to support ongoing migrations to cloud and provided necessary integration and testing support.

Windows:

• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows servers, workstations, and associated hardware.
• Managing and administering Active Directory domains, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and other Windows server roles and features.
• Implementing and maintaining virtualization technologies like Hyper-V, VMware, and managing virtual machine deployments.
• Performing patch management, software deployments, and ensuring compliance with security policies and guidelines.
• Monitoring system performance, analyse logs and events and implement fixes as part of the incident and problem management.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration and support for Windows-based applications and services.
