Job description
The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a high quality, efficient and effective physiotherapy service, working on a holistic basis to attain the best outcome for this patient group. The Community Stroke / ESD Team supports patients with a diagnosis of stroke discharged from Altnagelvin or South West Acute Hospitals to their home or other step down accommodation in the Community, providing high intensity supported rehabilitation programs to achieve each individuals full potential in an effort to maintain them at home..

Minimum of 18 months post registration experience to include a minimum of 6 months post registration experience in the clinical management of adult neurology patients , Previous experience supervising junior physiotherapists and support staff
