New Business Development will require you to:
- Conduct outbound calls to verified and qualified prospects.
- Use a range of selling techniques to close and up-sell New Business.
- Work closely with trainers, managers and colleagues to plan and forecast.
- Provide the highest level of customer service.
- Work towards targets and deadlines.
Ideally, you'll have at least 12 months experience with sales or
New Business and will be a real go getter by design. You'll
- Be confident, well mannered and have excellent rapport building skills.
- Show hunger for sales and wanting to be the best.
- Adapt to new techniques and sales processes.
Training is provided on a totally bespoke basis to you and your needs - so you get as much or as little as you need.But the commission starts from the moment you make your first sale, so you'll be earning that extra bonus in no time.You will benefit from an uncapped commission scheme from the get-go, along with lots of rewards, recognition and incentives to really encourage and spur you on.
