You can be based in our office in the beautiful city of Lichfield or work remotely and come into the office at least twice a month to meet with the entire team and wider business, so maybe within two hours’ drive time or near a train line that comes to Lichfield City/Trent Valley would work too.
What you’ll be doing:
• Development of new sales qualified leads and new contacts from target companies
• Calling and emailing warm prospects to identify new sales opportunities and generate first stage meetings.
• Managing email cadence and lead generation through third party email marketing platform
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and quarterly KPI targets
• Building business relationships with potential clients
• Working in partnership with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow business.
• Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development CRM (HubSpot)
• Assisting with marketing projects
• Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
What experience will you have?
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role
• Experience with HubSpot CRM software ideally
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
