Job title: Customer Sales Executive
Salary: £26,000 with an OTE of £40,000 +
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
HYBRID WORKING – As little as one week in the office per month based on performance! (After probation)
Location: Tamworth
The role:
- Conduct research to identify potential companies aligned with our customer base.
- Calling Business to Business potential clients aiming to speak to the decision makers to promote and sell our products and services.
- Offering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Overcome objections with finesse. Using your negotiation skills turn inquiries into solid leads and sales.
- Act as an account manager, cultivate relationships with new customers, enhancing their experience over the next 12 months.

- Experience of working in an outbound sales role
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Brilliant time management
- Experience of working in a KPI/performance based environment
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients
