Customer Sales Executive - Hybrid Working

Job title: Customer Sales Executive 

Salary: £26,000 with an OTE of £40,000 +

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

HYBRID WORKING – As little as one week in the office per month based on performance! (After probation)

Location: Tamworth

The role:

• Conduct research to identify potential companies aligned with our customer base.
• Calling Business to Business potential clients aiming to speak to the decision makers to promote and sell our products and services.
• Offering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
• Overcome objections with finesse. Using your negotiation skills turn inquiries into solid leads and sales.
• Act as an account manager, cultivate relationships with new customers, enhancing their experience over the next 12 months.

• Experience of working in an outbound sales role
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Experience of working in a KPI/performance based environment
• The ability to build strong relationships with clients
