We are really pleased to be assisting our client to recruit an experienced Sales Consultant to join their growing Estate Agency in Swindon. The candidate will ideally have a proven track record in an estate agency and be hungry for sales!
The Role:
- Viewing properties to bring them onto the market
- Negotiating terms
- Giving quotations
- Matching buyers to properties
- Arranging , undertaking viewings
The Person:
- Great interpersonal skills
- Attentive with a good eye for detail
- Diplomatic, a people person
- Driven and ambitious
- Competitive
- Previous sales experience (not necessarily from Estate Agency)
- Full UK Driving licence and own transport
